Welcome to MD Pole Dancing,

We are passionate about pole dancing and dancing in general.  You can find interesting information here about anything to do with dancing and pole dancing around the world: pole dancing classes, pole dancing poles, pole dancers and even ideas about hen weekends and successful bachelorette party planning.

Pole Dancing Classes and Hen Parties

We run our own dance studio in Sydney, Australia.  We are involved in Pole Dancing competitions and we have had hundreds of students enjoying getting fit and having fun at our pole dancing classes.  On average we offer 10 courses per week at varying ability levels.  We have now been operating for over 3 years and are blessed with fantastic and talented instructors as part of our growing team.  Overall, we have had over 3,000 students try different styles at our dance studio.  Hen Parties have always been one of our most popular offerings.  We have collected so many tips from dealing with our wonderful customers and from our own experience.
